About Us Donna opened the business in July 1996. Since then, she has expanded the dining rooms and can currently seat 100. In July 2005, she married Matt Burns, a Marshal native, who supports Donna and the business. Matt is retired from his job now, so he works with me when he's not golfing or doing honey dos. Porky's Smokehouse & Grill caters any event. We also have private rooms available for business meetings, birthdays, wedding dinners, etc. Whether you have a big or small group, we can accommodate your needs.
